Your harness belongs in git alongside your code. An org-wide workflow is just the starter template (H₀), and the real harness (H_repo) grows with the repo from experience.

A model is a stateless zip file of the internet. Put it inside a harness while-loop and natural language becomes a compiler, shifting your job from typing code to intent, planning, and review.

Working with agents is a loop optimization problem. Everything the agent knows is context, so store it on disk: Markdown for agents, HTML for humans.
